New plaquenil dosage - Sjogren's World I just received a notice from my rheumatologist to decrease my plaquenil from two tablets a day to one tablet a day. She said this was based on new weight guidelines. I’ve been on plaquenil for over 14 years and have had no issues. I sure hope this reduction does not start any issues. Has anyone else received this instruction? Liz D.
