Anybody else on Plaquenil Hydroxychloroquine and has had weird eye pain or dizziness neurological issues? What about side effects from being in the sun for a while? I've been on Plaquenil since last August and spent about 6 hours in the sun on Monday and I was super sick vomiting yesterday and today I'm still dizzy and my eyes are aching. It sounds like your RA has probably gotten a bit out of control, relative, to your current treatment, and Plaquenil is not a particularly potent drug when it comes to managing joint pain.

CHLOROQUINE SelfDecode Genome Analysis Hemozoin collects in the digestive vacuole as insoluble crystals. Chloroquine enters the red blood cell, inhabiting parasite cell, and digestive vacuole by simple diffusion. Chloroquine then becomes protonated to CQ2+, as the digestive vacuole is known to be acidic pH 4.7; chloroquine then cannot leave by diffusion.
